ListServ Live is an online, collaborative round table discussion. We field questions, issues and challenges on the administrative side of higher ed. Three moderators will review questions and topics submitted by attendees and ListServ members, and attendees will have the opportunity to participate and contribute.

We spend an hour discussing challenges and opportunities in the Cards and Payments Office, with opportunities for live attendees to ask questions, discuss solutions and interact with your peers.

Learning Objectives

• Explore topics of current concern to staff and administrators in higher ed p-card, spend and AP programs
• Review challenges and problems common to the group, discuss effective solutions and how they were implemented
• Discuss emerging issues and industry changes and the best practices that will help programs adapt and keep pace
